The New Zealand Consulate General (in conjunction with the Australian Consulate General) is this year organising the ANZAC Day commemorations for the New Zealanders and Australians. This year marks the 99th Anniversary of Gallipoli and the 100th Anniversary of the start of World War I in 1914.
Everyone wishing to attend the commemoration service will be most welcome. The dawn service will commence at 6 am at the Cabbage Patch, Willingdon Club on Friday, 25 Apriland will be followed by breakfast. Guests are requested to be seated by 5.50 am. You are very welcome to bring family, friends and work colleagues but please ensure that you RSVP.
In past years, families have attended and find that this is not only an experience for the kids but that they can still get the kids to school and people to work on time.
For catering purposes, please RSVP to Rosita Mendonca by email at email@example.com.
